Unfortunately, the spread of COVID-19 has paralleled an increase in hate incidents and crimes against people perceived to be of Asian heritage. OC Human Relations is greatly concerned about this unfortunate increase and hopes the following resources will be of assistance.

Our Conflict Resolution Services

Online Mediation

Make arrangements for a mediator to facilitate a conversation between you and the other party where you respectfully listen to each other while seeking a mutually agreeable solution to the problem. We can help with Landlord/Tenant issues!

Conflict Support

Discuss your conflict with a Conflict Resolution Specialist and learn about conflict communication strategies you can use to directly engage the other side in a constructive conversation.

Facilitation

Work with a Conflict Resolution Specialist  to bring a group together to address a community need.
